Job Requirements

- 3-5 years management experience

- open availability including weekends and holidays

- knowledge of operational standards

- ability to maintain compliance with laws and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- open availability with ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
- flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
- leadership qualities and strong organizational skills
- ability to interact cooperatively with others
- high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- 3-5 years management experience required
- restaurant management experience preferred
Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone Class
- obtain food safety and manager certifications
- ensure the restaurant delivers great guest experiences
- maintain staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers
- provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development for team members and hold them accountable
- create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
- plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
- uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale
- manage profitability through sales growth, cost control, and operational standards
- build community relationships and increase sales
- control costs, losses, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- complete performance reviews for crew and assist with manager reviews
- maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- utilize management tools and keep accurate records
- review performance metrics daily and develop action plans
- handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, injuries
- ensure team safety and adherence to safety guidelines
- escalate concerns when necessary
- perform all duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly
