Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or food service management
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to arrive on time and adhere to schedule
  • capability to operate restaurant equipment safely
  • regular access to personal vehicle
  • physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull 90 lbs
  • capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • adherence to cash handling and safety procedures
  • knowledge of human resources policies and compliance

  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • experience in fast food or restaurant management preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant team members to achieve service and operational excellence
  • manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
  • implement core procedures such as shift accountability and product projections
  • drive cost controls related to sales and labor
  • maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • recognize and reward exceptional employee performance
  • partner with management to ensure effective training delivery
