Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexibility to work early mornings evenings late nights weekends and some holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • Experience with sales building profit and loss statements recruiting and training
  • ServeSafe certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability integrity family excellence teamwork and empowerment
  • Oversee full operation of restaurant ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service
  • Build and develop strong teams by recruiting hiring training and coaching employees
  • Maintain health and safety standards and comply with local state and federal laws
  • Use profit and loss statements to make financial decisions for restaurant success
  • Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable for standards
  • Resolve employee and customer issues promptly to maintain positive environment
