Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads
- develop and implement comprehensive training plans
- mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- address and resolve workplace conflicts
- engage personally with customers to resolve issues
- optimize staff scheduling for customer service excellence
- analyze financial performance and manage budgets
- lead product rollout meetings
- coach management team on company standards
- maintain compliance with corporate policies and health and safety standards
- monitor competition and strive to exceed their standards
