Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift
  • able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, clean parking lot
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • able to tolerate stooping during 80 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • profit and loss responsibility experience
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in employee development
