Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history with relevant management experience

  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Ensure operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant
  • Oversee financial performance to achieve optimal results
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high food quality
  • Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management and co-worker team members
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Manage inventory, labor schedules, and related administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
