Job Duties
- Ensure operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant
- Oversee financial performance to achieve optimal results
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high food quality
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management and co-worker team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Manage inventory, labor schedules, and related administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
