Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • ability to lead and develop a management team
  • strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a general manager in quick service restaurants
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • experience managing high volume restaurant locations
  • knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • understanding of food safety and health regulations

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • develop and implement strategic business goals with department managers
  • manage and lead a team of department managers providing coaching and performance feedback
  • hire and develop shift and department managers to maintain a strong leadership pipeline
  • monitor restaurant financial performance and control expenses
  • ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
  • foster a positive and inclusive work culture
