Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- ability to lead and develop a management team
- strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- develop and implement strategic business goals with department managers
- manage and lead a team of department managers providing coaching and performance feedback
- hire and develop shift and department managers to maintain a strong leadership pipeline
- monitor restaurant financial performance and control expenses
- ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- foster a positive and inclusive work culture
