Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability
- ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications

- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and actively oversee the P&L
- review key financial lines to increase profitability
- drive sales through guest service and operations management
- motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
- manage guest experience and respond to guest issues
- problem solve guest feedback and develop action plans
- engage with local community and execute marketing initiatives
- lead recruitment and selection process
- onboard and train new team members
- manage recognition programs
- provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- optimize labor management and scheduling
- enforce compliance with regulations and company policies
- maintain operational and brand standards
- perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
