Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability
  • ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and actively oversee the P&L
  • review key financial lines to increase profitability
  • drive sales through guest service and operations management
  • motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
  • manage guest experience and respond to guest issues
  • problem solve guest feedback and develop action plans
  • engage with local community and execute marketing initiatives
  • lead recruitment and selection process
  • onboard and train new team members
  • manage recognition programs
  • provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • optimize labor management and scheduling
  • enforce compliance with regulations and company policies
  • maintain operational and brand standards
  • perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
