Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager
- Valid driver’s license
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Able to lift 10-40 pounds
- Able to reach with arms and hands
- Able to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Manage a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
- Oversee product preparation and delivery
- Handle customer relations
- Maintain and repair restaurant facilities
- Manage inventory
- Lead team management, recruiting, and retention of team members
- Take financial accountability
- Ensure delivery of highest quality products and services to each customer
- Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Control day-to-day operations including scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts
