Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Able to lift 10-40 pounds
  • Able to reach with arms and hands
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties

  • Manage a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction at all times
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
  • Oversee product preparation and delivery
  • Handle customer relations
  • Maintain and repair restaurant facilities
  • Manage inventory
  • Lead team management, recruiting, and retention of team members
  • Take financial accountability
  • Ensure delivery of highest quality products and services to each customer
  • Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Control day-to-day operations including scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
  • Champion recognition and motivation efforts
