Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
  • oversee the restaurant profit and loss statement and financial outcomes
  • drive sales through guest service and people development
  • motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
  • manage guest experience and respond to feedback
  • lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members
  • provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • manage labor costs and staff scheduling
  • enforce compliance with laws and company policies
  • ensure adherence to operational and brand standards
  • perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
