Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles
- ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
- oversee the restaurant profit and loss statement and financial outcomes
- drive sales through guest service and people development
- motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
- manage guest experience and respond to feedback
- lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members
- provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- manage labor costs and staff scheduling
- enforce compliance with laws and company policies
- ensure adherence to operational and brand standards
- perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
