Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly
  • Personally engage with customers to resolve issues
  • Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
  • Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
  • Lead product rollout meetings and coach management on standards
  • Monitor competitors and enhance digital and loyalty programs
