Job Requirements

  • 2-4 year of experience in related food service management position preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Food Manager Certification and or ServSafe Manager Certificate required
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings conferences and training

  • Food Manager Certification and or ServSafe Manager Certificate
  • 2-4 years experience in related food service management preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Basic math skills and computer competency
  • Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
  • Customer service focused and oriented
  • Basic knowledge of general business practices

Job Duties

  • Recruiting hiring and onboarding of FOH and BOH team members
  • Conduct and supervise the training and development of FOH and BOH team members
  • Uphold food preparation specifics by ensuring standard operational procedures are followed
  • Communicate train and coach team members and shift leaders on changes to procedures or products
  • Conduct succession planning one-on-ones with designated team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety sanitation hygiene appearance and uniform standards
  • Manage daily operations of restaurant shifts
  • Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
  • Ensure food quality and availability
  • Maintain cleanliness organization and stocking in all areas
  • Assist in the development of team members
  • Maintain and build sales
  • Conduct and manage inventory
  • Place food orders and process invoices
  • Track and manage labor and food costs
  • Assist in preparing work schedules
  • Manage daily operations of opening closing and mid shifts
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and request repairs
  • Maintain food safety personal safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor adherence to labor laws
  • Perform other duties as assigned
