Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and e-mail
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts
  • Strong understanding of P&L management

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Oversee restaurant profitability and P&L
  • Motivate team to exceed guest expectations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
  • Lead recruitment and training of staff
  • Develop and implement team recognition programs
  • Enforce compliance with regulations and brand standards
