Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant supervisory or management roles
- Ability to lift between 25 and 85 pounds
- Standing for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and perform counting duties
- Hearing within normal range to respond to auditory alarms
- Ability to read menus, manuals, and training aids
- Manual dexterity for packing and cleaning
- Ability to work in confined spaces and maintain safety around hot equipment
- Punctual attendance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, develop, and mentor team members
- Experience with payroll and employee administrative processes
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and record keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively with other managers and area leaders
- Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
- Lead the guest experiences in your restaurant that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
- Lead communications of your team's goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc
- Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
- Reviewing and submitting payroll
- Completing employee new hire paperwork
- Completing employee change forms and termination forms
- Ensure the store is operated in a safe and clean manner at all times
- Ensure work schedules are adequate to meet customer service requirements but are also cost effective
- Ensure that the store is operated in compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Daily record keeping of the store financial and production activities
- Maintaining documentation as specified by their Area Coach, Director of Operations and Human Resources
