Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • ability to work occasionally on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
  • ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • effective communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Train and manage location personnel
  • supervise and coordinate culinary activities
  • estimate food usage and purchase food
  • follow company recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • establish quality standards
  • ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • enforce safety and sanitation standards
  • directly supervise restaurant staff including hiring, discipline, and performance reviews
  • lead by example in customer service
  • engage in shift duties such as making subs, running the register, cleaning, and scheduling
