Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P and L responsibility
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for applicable roles
- Food safety certification according to local or state requirements
- Proven ability to manage employees and shifts independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to comply with all company and governmental regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
- Proven ability to manage multiple shifts without supervision
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field preferred
- Food safety certification as required by state or local regulations
- Valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- Ability to analyze reports and conduct accurate inventory counts
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management adhering to company standards
- Ensure compliance with guest services, food and employee safety, and financial objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain employee relations including discipline and communication
- Lead the team to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints efficiently
- Manage financial controllables including labor, food and supplies costs, audits, cash management, and deposits
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with all operational and legal regulations
- Implement marketing programs and plan shifts based on business needs
- Secure company assets including cash, equipment, and inventory
- Maintain up-to-date training and operational documentation
- Communicate operational variances and employee issues to district management
- Foster strong relationships with the restaurant team, vendors, and customers
