- P&L responsibility experience
- Proven ability to manage shifts independently
- Food safety certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations

Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management
- Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Recruit, train, and develop assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive discipline
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and respond to guest complaints
- Manage all financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, and cash
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health codes, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and safety/security protocols
- Implement and execute marketing programs
- Communicate operational variances and employee issues to district manager
