Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
- Implement and utilize employee orientation and training programs
- Conduct timely performance reviews and manage employee relations
- Ensure 100% compliance with company guest service standards
- Manage financial controls including labor food supplies audits cash handling and deposits
- Maintain cleanliness safety security and sanitation compliance
- Implement marketing programs and adjust staff shifts to optimize business
- Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
