Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • Implement and utilize employee orientation and training programs
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and manage employee relations
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company guest service standards
  • Manage financial controls including labor food supplies audits cash handling and deposits
  • Maintain cleanliness safety security and sanitation compliance
  • Implement marketing programs and adjust staff shifts to optimize business
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
