Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P and L responsibility
- Experience managing shifts independently
- Food safety certification required
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and problem resolution skills
- Ability to maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
Job Duties
- Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
- Implement employee orientation and development plans
- Conduct performance reviews provide ongoing feedback and document employee performance
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and respond to guest complaints
- Manage financial controllables including labor food supplies audits cash management and bank deposits
- Maintain operational standards compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness
- Implement marketing programs plan shifts based on business patterns and traffic
