Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P and L responsibility
  • Experience managing shifts independently
  • Food safety certification required
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
  • Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • Implement employee orientation and development plans
  • Conduct performance reviews provide ongoing feedback and document employee performance
  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and respond to guest complaints
  • Manage financial controllables including labor food supplies audits cash management and bank deposits
  • Maintain operational standards compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness
  • Implement marketing programs plan shifts based on business patterns and traffic
