Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to manage all shifts independently
  • Food safety certification as per local requirements
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain compliance with health safety and labor regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
  • Acceptable driving record required for District Managers and Assistant Store Leaders with business driving responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • Implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation programs
  • Facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
  • Ensure a positive and motivating work environment
  • Conduct timely and effective performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing feedback and use constructive discipline
  • Establish effective communication and problem resolution processes
  • Manage 100% compliance with guest service standards
  • Lead the team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
  • Utilize BLAST to resolve guest complaints and follow up accordingly
  • Manage restaurant financial controllables including labor food supplies cash management and audits
  • Maintain and protect company assets
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and operational procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
  • Comply with all municipal state and federal codes
  • Utilize Food Safety Checklist and ensure food safety compliance
  • Communicate operational variances and employee issues to the District Manager
  • Monitor deletions and over rings to ensure adherence to standards
  • Complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • Comply with and ensure execution of all company policies
  • Implement and execute marketing programs to maximize business potential
  • Recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
