Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- experience managing multiple shifts without supervision
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
- reliable transportation
- for district managers and assistant managers significant business driving requires acceptable driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility and managing all shifts without supervision
- advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management
- recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
- ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations including food and employee safety
- manage restaurant financial controllables including labor food supplies cash management and audits
- maintain operational excellence including cleanliness preventive maintenance and compliance with health and safety codes
- conduct timely performance reviews and manage employee relations
- implement and execute marketing programs and build strong vendor and customer relationships
