Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
  • experience managing multiple shifts without supervision
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
  • reliable transportation
  • for district managers and assistant managers significant business driving requires acceptable driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility and managing all shifts without supervision
  • advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent operations management
  • recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations including food and employee safety
  • manage restaurant financial controllables including labor food supplies cash management and audits
  • maintain operational excellence including cleanliness preventive maintenance and compliance with health and safety codes
  • conduct timely performance reviews and manage employee relations
  • implement and execute marketing programs and build strong vendor and customer relationships
