Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • Food safety certification as required by local regulations
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance for certain positions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and team leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Proven ability to manage all shifts independently
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and manage inventory

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers and team members
  • Implement employee orientation programs
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development plans
  • Ensure a positive and motivating work environment
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage guest satisfaction and resolve complaints using company protocols
  • Oversee financial controls including labor, food costs, audits and cash management
