Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification as required by local regulations
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance for certain positions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and team leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Proven ability to manage all shifts independently
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze reports and manage inventory
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers and team members
- Implement employee orientation programs
- Facilitate ongoing training and development plans
- Ensure a positive and motivating work environment
- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Manage guest satisfaction and resolve complaints using company protocols
- Oversee financial controls including labor, food costs, audits and cash management
