Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to manage all shifts independently
- Food safety certification as required by state or local laws
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record for positions requiring business driving
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work with minimal supervision and handle constructive criticism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze reports and manage inventory effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for applicable positions
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers and team members
- Implement company-defined employee orientation and training programs
- Conduct timely and effective performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and address guest complaints using company protocols
- Manage restaurant financials including labor, food and supplies within company standards
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain operational standards, opening and closing procedures, and cleanliness protocols
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Implement and execute marketing programs and optimize shift planning based on customer traffic
- Maintain strong relationships with employees, management, vendors and customers
