Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience including profit and loss responsibility
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Acceptable driving record for positions requiring business driving

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple shifts without supervision

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent operations management
  • Ensure 100 percent compliance with company and government regulations
  • Recruit, train and develop restaurant staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations
  • Lead restaurant team to achieve guest satisfaction
  • Manage financial controllables including labor and inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
  • Implement marketing programs
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and customers
  • Communicate effectively with district management
