Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience including profit and loss responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record for positions requiring business driving

- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shifts without supervision
Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management
- Ensure 100 percent compliance with company and government regulations
- Recruit, train and develop restaurant staff
- Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations
- Lead restaurant team to achieve guest satisfaction
- Manage financial controllables including labor and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Implement marketing programs
- Build strong relationships with vendors and customers
- Communicate effectively with district management
