Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
  • Food safety certification in accordance with local or state regulations
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Capability to manage multiple shifts independently
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all health and safety codes
  • Excellent communication and problem resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience with P and L responsibility
  • Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and manage inventory accurately

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • Implement company-defined employee orientation program
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive disciplinary documentation
  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and manage guest complaints
  • Manage financial controllables including labor food supplies audits and cash handling
  • Maintain operational standards cleanliness safety and compliance with regulations
  • Implement marketing programs and plan shifts according to traffic patterns
