Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience including p&l responsibility
- proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- food safety certification as per state or local regulations
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance
- acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
- ability to operate under minimal direction and supervision
- strong organizational and analytical skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
- implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
- ensure a positive and motivating work environment
- conduct timely and effective performance reviews
- provide ongoing feedback and use of constructive discipline
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution are available on all shifts
- lead restaurant team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- manage guest complaint resolution using BLAST system and follow-up
- manage restaurant financial controllables including labor food and supplies
- conduct audits and cash management
- develop CORE behaviors and standards for operations
- maintain operational updates and restaurant manuals
- ensure compliance with opening closing safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- comply with all municipal state and federal codes
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- implement and execute all marketing programs
- develop and maintain key relationships with restaurant team management vendors and customers
