Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as required by state or local authorities
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- reliable transportation
- ability to conduct audits and manage financial controls
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and government regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
- proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Recruit train and develop successful Assistant Managers Shift Managers and team members
- implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
- conduct timely and effective performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and respond to guest complaints using BLAST
- manage financial controllables including labor food and supplies within company standards
- maintain compliance with all training standards and safety procedures
- execute all marketing programs and plan shifts according to traffic patterns
