Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to manage finances and analyze P&L statements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

- Ability to train and develop staff

Job Duties
- Identify and recruit strong team members
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Manage restaurant operations including profit and loss (P&L)
- Grow sales by executing effective marketing and service strategies
- Ensure compliance with Taco Bell brand standards
