Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations with focus on profitability
- Review and manage restaurant P&L to increase financial performance
- Drive sales growth through proactive guest service and team development
- Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and efficient service
- Manage guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
- Lead recruitment, selection, on-boarding, and training of restaurant staff
- Provide coaching and recognition to improve team performance
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies
- Uphold operational and brand standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed
