Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations with focus on profitability
  • Review and manage restaurant P&L to increase financial performance
  • Drive sales growth through proactive guest service and team development
  • Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and efficient service
  • Manage guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
  • Lead recruitment, selection, on-boarding, and training of restaurant staff
  • Provide coaching and recognition to improve team performance
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing to optimize operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies
  • Uphold operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed
