Job Duties

  • Ensure operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant
  • Manage restaurant financial results and budgets

  • Oversee staff training and development programs
  • Monitor restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
