Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant to meet customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
- ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
- oversee daily restaurant operations and customer satisfaction
- manage budgeting, inventory, and financial controls
