Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant to meet customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve their performance and the restaurant
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
  • ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and customer satisfaction
  • manage budgeting, inventory, and financial controls
