Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Have previous experience managing high volume restaurants
- Demonstrate leadership ability and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Willingness to hire and develop management staff
- Commitment to upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and track performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their teams and departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to meet objectives
- Manage daily restaurant operations to maintain high performance
