Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have previous experience managing high volume restaurants
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Willingness to hire and develop management staff
  • Commitment to upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and track performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in hospitality or retail is an advantage
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their teams and departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor progress and provide guidance to meet objectives
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to maintain high performance
