Job Requirements
- High School or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be Serv Safe certified
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of P and L analysis, cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations
- Ability to solve problems and exercise sound judgment
- Willingness and ability to adjust to multiple demands and work various shifts
- Must have open availability
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- At least 18 years of age
- Serv Safe certified
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and influence others
- Strong understanding of P and L analysis, cash control, labor analysis, and food cost calculations
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and various shifts
- Leadership skills to develop and grow others
- Basic knowledge of order processing systems and computer skills
Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Effectively train and coach employees on courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct meetings with team and management for planning, training, and reviewing operations
- Develop and maintain sales levels utilizing local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and cost categories to minimize impact
- Analyze profits and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow procedures in food preparation and serving
- Control restaurant inventory through established systems
- Use company approved labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- Manage restaurant cash control by making bank deposits daily
- Report accidents and incidents timely and maintain safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with health department standards and company image standards
- Inform District Manager of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Utilize preventive maintenance systems for repair of buildings and equipment
- Attend meetings scheduled by District Manager
- Perform required administrative paperwork
