Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServeSafe Certified
- Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Demonstrated experience with P&L management, recruiting, and training
- Proven success in hiring and retention
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven track record in sales building, P&L statement interpretation, recruiting, and training
- Experience with employee hiring and retention strategies
- ServeSafe Certification
- Ability to manage schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Manage overall restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
- Schedule and deploy team members effectively to maximize restaurant efficiency
- Monitor team member performance and hold them accountable for duties and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, local, state, and federal laws
- Drive profit through P&L management, labor control, inventory management, and waste reduction
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting team members, resolving employee issues, and encouraging teamwork and recognition
