Job Requirements
- No education required
- previous restaurant management experience with p and l responsibility
- excellent English communication skills Spanish a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods lift up to 50 pounds and work in fluctuating temperature environments
- commitment to dependability punctuality and accountability
- willingness to perform hands-on tasks and work alongside the team
- ability to manage cash handling inventory and administrative responsibilities

Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a restaurant environment with profit and loss responsibility
- strong communication skills in English with Spanish as a plus
