Job Requirements

  • No education required
  • previous restaurant management experience with p and l responsibility
  • excellent English communication skills Spanish a plus
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods lift up to 50 pounds and work in fluctuating temperature environments
  • commitment to dependability punctuality and accountability
  • willingness to perform hands-on tasks and work alongside the team
  • ability to manage cash handling inventory and administrative responsibilities
  • openness to receiving reasonable accommodations to perform essential job functions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a restaurant environment with profit and loss responsibility
  • strong communication skills in English with Spanish as a plus
  • solid understanding of food safety and restaurant performance metrics such as speed of service food and labor costs
  • ability to work multiple stations and master all aspects of restaurant operations
  • leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire a team
