Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- proven team leadership and employee development skills
- familiarity with P&L analysis
- proficiency in digital tools and technology platforms
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of restaurant health and safety standards
- experience in change management
- commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
- reliable transportation
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management including people and performance leadership
- demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and employee development
- proven experience using P&L analysis to drive performance and improve outcomes
- comfortable using digital tools and modern technology platforms to improve operations and guest engagement
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs, health codes, and safety standards
- high adaptability experienced in change management and leading teams through transitions
- passionate about upholding KFC's culture and values with a focus on respect, growth, diversity, equity, and inclusion
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
- reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and build a world-class team
- create tailored development plans and provide coaching for career growth
- recognize achievements and foster a culture of positivity, accountability, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- lead from the front, engage with customers, and resolve issues
- address workplace challenges professionally
- own all aspects of daily operations including staffing, scheduling, training, cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- ensure all brand standards and procedures are followed
- lead effective product rollouts and train staff on new initiatives
- analyze financial performance and develop plans to maximize sales, control costs, and boost profitability
- manage budgets, labor efficiency, inventory, and compliance
- monitor the local competitive landscape and position the restaurant to outperform competitors in service, digital engagement, and guest loyalty
