Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Minimum 3-4 years operations experience, preferred in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Access to private transportation
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong customer focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Training, developing and mentoring staff
