Job Requirements

  • 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Assist with P&L management including cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports
  • Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources
  • Champion Taco Bell's culture and values promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation
  • Identify and recruit exceptional talent supporting hiring processes
  • Possess strong communication skills for performance appraisals, disciplinary action, and training
  • Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and occupational health and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals and motivating employees
  • Experience with budgeting and financial report review
  • Ability to train and develop employees
  • Proven leadership skills fostering team recognition, collaboration, and motivation
  • Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and occupational health and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly
  • Personally engage with customers to swiftly resolve any issues
  • Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
  • Analyze the restaurant's financial performance and manage the budget
  • Stay informed about competitors and exceed their standards
