Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required, two years of college preferred
- one to two years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- some college education preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- strong knowledge of P L management and restaurant profitability
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles
- ability to prioritize work and meet objectives
- effective communication and coaching skills
Job Duties
- manage restaurant profit and loss and work towards financial targets
- review and analyze key financial lines to increase profitability
- drive sales through proactive guest service and people development
- motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service
- handle guest experience and resolve guest issues promptly
- analyze guest feedback to identify root causes and create action plans
- engage with the local community and execute marketing initiatives
- lead recruitment and selection to build a strong team
- onboard and train new team members through certification
- inspire and motivate team through recognition programs
- provide coaching and feedback to improve team capabilities
- manage labor scheduling and optimize staffing
- enforce compliance with laws and company policies
- ensure operational and brand standards are consistently met
- perform duties of assistant manager and shifts coordinator when necessary
