Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required, two years of college preferred
  • one to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long and or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • some college education preferred
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • strong knowledge of P L management and restaurant profitability
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • ability to prioritize work and meet objectives
  • effective communication and coaching skills

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant profit and loss and work towards financial targets
  • review and analyze key financial lines to increase profitability
  • drive sales through proactive guest service and people development
  • motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service
  • handle guest experience and resolve guest issues promptly
  • analyze guest feedback to identify root causes and create action plans
  • engage with the local community and execute marketing initiatives
  • lead recruitment and selection to build a strong team
  • onboard and train new team members through certification
  • inspire and motivate team through recognition programs
  • provide coaching and feedback to improve team capabilities
  • manage labor scheduling and optimize staffing
  • enforce compliance with laws and company policies
  • ensure operational and brand standards are consistently met
  • perform duties of assistant manager and shifts coordinator when necessary
