Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management experience
- experience managing large teams of 50+ employees
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work 10-hour shifts including day and evening
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- valid work authorization
- flexible availability for required shifts

- Proven leadership experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant management
- strong skills in team development and mentorship
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Job Duties
- Lead the team with utmost character and ethics
