Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 plus years of restaurant general manager experience
- leadership and motivational skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical capability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 50 pounds
- willingness to complete a culture index survey
