Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in restaurant management
- proven ability to deliver excellent guest service
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- demonstrated leadership in managing and inspiring teams
- comprehensive knowledge of industry practices and standards
Job Duties
- manage budgets and track finances to ensure restaurant profitability
- ensure top-notch standards for all dishes and drinks
- hire, train, and motivate an exceptional team
- develop and implement creative marketing strategies to build community engagement
- maintain cleanliness and uphold safety and ethical standards
