Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or related setting
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting 25-85 pounds and extended standing
- Hearing in normal range to detect auditory equipment alarms
- Capable of handling cash and financial records accurately
- Able to read menus, manuals and training materials
- Manual dexterity for packing food and cleaning
- Ability to work effectively with others in confined spaces
- Commitment to maintaining safety around hot and potentially hazardous equipment
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of operational data

- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and team mentorship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to lead operational success and meet business goals
- Capable of managing payroll and employee administrative tasks
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance

Job Duties
- Ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
- Lead guest experiences ensuring friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
- Lead communications of team goals, upcoming promotions, business updates
- Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow the business
- Review and submit payroll
- Complete employee new hire paperwork and change or termination forms
- Ensure store operations are safe, clean and compliant with policies
- Manage work schedules to meet customer service requirements cost-effectively
- Maintain documentation per instructions from Area Coach, Director of Operations and Human Resources
- Keep daily records of financial and production activities
