Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
- Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Required minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
- 3-5 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone Class
- Acquire Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification
- Ensure restaurant delivers great guest experiences
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers
- Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development of team members
- Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
- Assign and delegate shift assignments with clear communication
- Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- Foster positive culture and high team morale by providing leadership and being a role model
- Manage profitability by driving sales, controlling costs, developing staff, and maintaining operational standards
- Build community relationships to increase sales
- Control costs and losses by ensuring compliance with company policies
- Conduct performance reviews for crew and assist with manager reviews
- Maintain compliance with all franchising and legal regulations
- Keep accurate and current records
- Review performance metrics daily to develop action plans for improvement
- Handle guest and team complaints respectfully and promptly
- Maintain flexibility beyond job parameters
- Ensure team safety and adherence to safety guidelines
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Perform all duties necessary for smooth restaurant operations
