Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check
- must have reliable transportation
- able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop for 80 percent of shift
- able to clean restaurant and surrounding grounds
- basic business math and accounting skills
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience
- high school diploma or ged

- experience with profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties
- lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure high standards of service and hospitality
- recruit, hire, and develop employees
- conduct new hire orientation and implement tailored training plans
- schedule and deploy team members effectively to optimize labor
- address performance issues and provide coaching
- manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- oversee restaurant budget, profit and loss, and financial planning
