Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop for 80 percent of shift
  • able to clean restaurant and surrounding grounds
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience
  • high school diploma or ged

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • strong leadership and communication skills

  • basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure high standards of service and hospitality
  • recruit, hire, and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and implement tailored training plans
  • schedule and deploy team members effectively to optimize labor
  • address performance issues and provide coaching
  • manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • oversee restaurant budget, profit and loss, and financial planning
