Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail including profit and loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong preference for promotion from assistant general manager
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • able to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop 80 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties

  • lead the team and establish the tone of the work environment and customer hospitality
  • manage the entire restaurant operation and build a strong team
  • find, hire and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
  • schedule and deploy staff correctly
  • address performance issues
  • assist in resolving customer issues
  • manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
