Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail including profit and loss responsibility
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong preference for promotion from assistant general manager
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check
- must have reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- able to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash
- able to clean parking lot and grounds
- able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop 80 percent of shift time

Job Duties
- lead the team and establish the tone of the work environment and customer hospitality
- manage the entire restaurant operation and build a strong team
- find, hire and develop employees
- conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
- schedule and deploy staff correctly
- address performance issues
- assist in resolving customer issues
- manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
