This job opening is for a Restaurant General Manager position with a franchisee of Taco Bell located at 10010 Valley View Street, Buena Park, CA, 90620. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check criteria
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to sweep and mop floors
  • able to dust shelves
  • able to lift and carry out trash containers to an outside bin
  • able to clean the parking lot and grounds
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • profit and loss responsibility experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • internal promotion from assistant general manager preferred
  • basic computer literacy
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • finding, hiring and developing employees
  • conducting new hire orientation
  • developing the training plan for each new hire
  • scheduling and deploying the team correctly
  • addressing performance issues
  • assisting in the resolution of customer issues
  • managing the restaurant budget and financial plans
