Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations preferred
  • Five years prior restaurant experience minimum
  • Financial and or P&L experience
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Able to be a leader and train staff
  • Understands how to create a great culture
  • Farm to table foodie desired
  • Customer-friendly demeanor
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Strong computer Internet skills, including Office suite
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to work on your feet
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations and laws

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to policy and health sanitation regulations
  • Work to contribute to sales goals vs prior year
  • Manage food, labor, material costs, and other controllable expenses
  • Execute policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels through ordering to ensure product availability
  • Manage and maintain a safe working condition
  • Train and manage crew employees in a manner that maximizes retention
  • Interview and recommend applicants for selection in hiring
  • Anticipate and identify problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions
  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards
