Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant leadership or management
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform some heavy lifting
- hearing ability within normal range for safety alarms
- capability to work with others in confined spaces
- ability to maintain confidentiality of company operations
- punctual attendance
- enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- ability to read menus, manuals, and training materials

Job Duties
- Own your restaurant's success metrics and lead the team to reach goals
- lead guest experiences including friendly interactions, cleanliness, and fresh meals
- grow and mentor team members through training, development, and onboarding
- communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates
- foster a positive and collaborative family environment
- partner with other General Managers and Area Leaders to advance the business
- review and submit payroll
- complete employee new hire, change, and termination paperwork
- ensure safe and clean store operations
- manage work schedules to meet service and cost efficiency
- operate the store in compliance with company policies
- maintain daily financial and production records
- keep documentation as specified by Area Coach, Director of Operations, and HR
