Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant leadership or management
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform some heavy lifting
  • hearing ability within normal range for safety alarms
  • capability to work with others in confined spaces
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of company operations
  • punctual attendance
  • enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • ability to read menus, manuals, and training materials

Job Duties

  • Own your restaurant's success metrics and lead the team to reach goals
  • lead guest experiences including friendly interactions, cleanliness, and fresh meals
  • grow and mentor team members through training, development, and onboarding
  • communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates
  • foster a positive and collaborative family environment
  • partner with other General Managers and Area Leaders to advance the business
  • review and submit payroll
  • complete employee new hire, change, and termination paperwork
  • ensure safe and clean store operations
  • manage work schedules to meet service and cost efficiency
  • operate the store in compliance with company policies
  • maintain daily financial and production records
  • keep documentation as specified by Area Coach, Director of Operations, and HR
