Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
  • Understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, local health regulations, and company policies
  • Manage daily operations including food preparation, service, safety, and cleanliness
  • Recruit, train, and develop Shift Supervisors and Team Members
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and weekly performance reviews
  • Control labor, food cost, and other expenses to meet budget goals
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
  • Execute marketing promotions and maintain product quality and consistency
  • Maintain accurate records and complete reports including sales, inventory, and cash handling
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and security procedures
