Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
- Understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant team to achieve sales and profit targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, local health regulations, and company policies
- Manage daily operations including food preparation, service, safety, and cleanliness
- Recruit, train, and develop Shift Supervisors and Team Members
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and weekly performance reviews
- Control labor, food cost, and other expenses to meet budget goals
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Execute marketing promotions and maintain product quality and consistency
- Maintain accurate records and complete reports including sales, inventory, and cash handling
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and security procedures
